BeforeYouTap checks suspicious messages, links and screenshots to provide preventive guidance. The product is designed to minimize personal data exposure and avoid storing sensitive information that is not needed for the safety check.

What we process

The app may process the text, URL, screenshot and technical metadata you submit, such as browser, language, approximate context and security signals. Raw sensitive data should be sanitized before analysis and persistence whenever possible.

What you should not submit

Do not submit passwords, OTP codes, full card numbers, full government IDs, private access tokens or documents that are not necessary for the check.

Limits

BeforeYouTap is a preventive support tool. It does not replace banks, public agencies, law enforcement, legal advice, financial advice or official reporting channels.
